Information You Need To Start A Claim

To establish the details of the claim, you will need to provide your solicitor with the following details and documents.

  • details of the accident including time and place the accident took place
  • contact details of the other party involved in the accident
  • contact details of witnesses
  • details of your injuries such as medical reports
  • police statements

In order to make a successful, you solicitor may also need:

  • proof of loss of earnings
  • proof of other financial losses that had incurred as a result of the accident
  • proof of other accidents that took place previously in similar circumstances
  • insurance details
